As a New Yorker, I have high standards for big cities, but Shanghai totally stole my heart in just 5 days. It's so much more than just glass skyscrapers. One minute you're looking at the futuristic Bund skyline, and the next you're walking under the trees in the French Concession, grabing a great coffee in a tiny alley. It’s the ultimate mix of East and West. 4 nights was the perfect amount of time to just wander, eat amazing food, and soak in the energy. Loved it.
